Led a high-performing design team within the Creative department, responsible for monthly full-site refreshes of the responsive website to showcase new collections. In parallel, produced supporting email campaigns and social assets to amplify collection launches and brand messaging. Partnered closely with copy, product, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution under tight launch deadlines.

Managed a talented, high-performing design team within the Marketing Creative department, responsible for developing brand assets that supported seasonal campaigns, product launches, and packaging across all channels. In addition to leading the production and execution of campaign and launch photoshoots (both product and model), the team also produced monthly DTC shoots to generate fresh digital content for both organic and paid marketing efforts.

Operated within a fast-paced, high-volume environment where meeting tight deadlines was essential to delivering impactful creative.

Joined SharkNinja as a contract Art Director, Photoshoot where I was responsible for ensuring all imagery aligned with strategic marketing objectives. My role spanned the full production cycle — from developing detailed shoot guides in pre-production to overseeing final selects and managing the retouching process in post. In addition, I contributed to packaging concept designs for their latest skincare innovation, the CryoGlow Light Therapy Mask.
